Tag: Hello everybody, welcome all of you to join today excited AMA session with TAG Ventures and AAG Ventures

Please welcome our special guest today: Mr. Jack Vinijtrongjit, CEO of AAG Ventures.

Hello, @juminoz , how’re you doing?

AAG: Great. It’s lively in here.

Tag: That’s great! Are you ready for our AMA today?

AAG: It’s in 53 mins, right?

Tag: Now we are in the AMA

AAG: Sure. I’m ready.

Tag: First, could you please introduce your team and AAG Ventures?

AAG: Sure! Thanks for having me here. My name is Jack and I’m the CEO of AAG Ventures.

My background is in enterprise software with a specialty in building scalable software infrastructure and integration. I have been in probably 7+ industries and now my focus is back to the blockchain space I have been around casually for the past 5 years or so. I believe blockchain tech is amazing and I’m always amazed at what people come up with.

My role as the CEO is to shape the vision of the company and gather all the talents we need to be successful. I’m also very technical so I do get my hands dirty with engineering work.

In terms of what we do, here’s the shortest possible pitch I can give.

Enterprise-grade platform/infrastructure/backbone for Play-To-Earn, Learn-To-Earn, and metaverse with multi-DAO structure. AAG Platform simplifies experiences for scholars and guilds, as well as allowing game studios, exchanges, developers (who want to build monetizable apps on the AAG platform), NFT lenders to plugin into the metaverse.

Our team is currently in 17 countries and the last count we had was 47 people, 17 are fulll-time and the rest are part-time.

Our team consists of both very experienced enterprise software from Google, TIBCO, JPMorgan + crypto like Harmony Protocol, etc.

Tag: What are the competitive advantages of your project compared to other projects?

AAG: It’s definitely our foundation. Because of our experience in developing large-scale platform, we know what to do when it comes to security, scalability, and extensibility. Not sure if you saw the article about Project Titan.

We believe that with a solid foundation, we can develop application much faster since the basics are already taken care of.

We are also developing our platform so that external developers can enter the ecosystem and develop monetizable apps within our platform.

So instead of having just our engineering team, we will potentially have 100+ developers helping us provide apps and services to guilds and other stakeholders as well.

We also think we are an innovator. We are looking to do things no one else have done like Learn-To-Earn for example.

Tag: Now please share with us some new upcoming events, as well as big partners AAG Ventures has been working with during its development period.

AAG: How most recent news is our collaboration with Avocado Guild which is currently the largest guild in the world with 9,000+ scholars. Second is our partnership with Thetan Arena where we acquired $510k NFTs and plan to kick off the scholarship program with them later this month.

We are also planning to launch the first application for the AAG Platform end of Dec/early Jan. This will first be used by our own AAG Guild.

Once we feel comfortable with the release, we will then open it up to our beta partners with the goal to make it fully self-service by the end of next year.

Lots of exciting development and news coming very soon as well.

Tag: Along with this answer, segment 1 of the AMA has been closed.

I think people have had a better overview of the project.

Now we will turn to segment 2: Answer the closed question from Twitter

First of all, I would like to thank you to TAG’s members who have sent many questions about AAG Ventures to us.

Tag: Here is the first question from @LngNguynB1: What does the project name stand for? There are interesting stories behind every successful project, and of course you have to work hard ever day. Can you share one of these interesting stories with us?

AAG: AAG Ventures = Achip & Achair Guild Ventures

It’s based on the story about Jack Straus at the 1982 World Series of Poker. Basically, he only had 1 chip left and a chair at the poker table, but because he didn’t give up. He actually won the whole tournament.

This resonated with us really well since 2 of our co-founders almost lost everything and because they didn’t give up hope, they came to me and Nelly, our chairwoman, and we worked together to get to where we are today.

That’s why our mission is to help people because we take paying forward very seriously.

I had a typo actually.

AAG Ventures = Achip & Achair Guild Ventures

The more amazing thing is that our whole team really believes in the same mission.

Tag: AAG is really a meaningful name with a nice story behind!

The next question is from @Ruruuu49008071: Can you tell us about the AAG native token and which blockchain network it integrates with? Does AAG have a multichain structure, will it work with multiple blockchain networks as AAG develops?

AAG: Because of the nature of our business, we literally have to be on every chain that the games are on.

With Axie Infinity, it’s Ronin/Ethererum

With Vulcon Forged, it’s VeChain + Polygon

With Immortal Game, it’s ImmutableX

Then Chainmonster is on FLOW

However, our token will start on Ethereum because the community is the largest so it’s the best from community building perspective.

Our priority will be based on the scholarship program we provide

Tag: The next question is from @TigerTi85064200: I understand that AAG Ventures launched a project called Project Trident: The Triple DAO and it’s vision is Defining the Roles of DAO in Play-To-Earn. These three DAO includes the AAG Guild DAO, AAG Platform DAO and AAG Foundation DAO. Can you elaborate more on each of these DAO.

AAG: Sure. We introduced the Proof-of-Participant because we think DAO is typically very unfair and it’s really based on the money you have.

With these DAO, we want to make sure those who are affected most by the decisions to have the biggest say.

For example, on the AAG Platform DAO, if AAG Guild wants to have a feature implemented and another guild wants another. Who gets to decide the priority? That’s what Proof-of-Participation is trying to solve. You can read more in our article about the approach for the 3 DAOs.

Tag: Can you tell us about the ecosystem and income model of the AAG project? What kind of earnings model do you provide to both your investors, partners and the AAG project? (@MinhNguyen3108)

AAG: Sure. For our investors, here is a few examples:

– Staking income

– Profit share from lending NFTs

– Income from DAO participation

For partners such as exchanges, they can acquire more users and also have more transactions flowing in from our platform.

For partners like guilds, they will have a best-in-class system to manage their team and save them a lot of time and money. This will also be able to share resource pools such as NFTs and scholars for example to generate yields.

There are a lot more cases, but I believe these should give you some ideas.

Tag: Let’s move to the last question

@Quymai1108: How do you keep your platform safe for Investors, and is your platform protected from hackers? And how do you manage if there’s an attack on your platform, including the personal data of your platform’s users? Is your platform ready for this?

AAG: We are taking this very seriously. Besides the security features we have from Project Titan, we have 4 security partners. I can only talk about 3 of them today since the last one hasn’t been announced.

1) Lossless

2) Hacken

3) Cybavo

This is what really set us apart. We care deeply about the foundation coz if you are on a shaky one, you just can’t scale. It’s not something you can slap on later.

Cybavo essentially eliminates the need for the private key, pass phrases, and hardware wallet for us. Lossless provides a mechanism to recover stolen funds.

I think we will be one of the most secured systems you see in the blockchain space. That’s our goal.

Users won’t even have to interact with crypto at all if they don’t want to. We will simplify it to that extend.

Tag: Yeah. I think that all information you’ve shared with us is so helpful

We have just finished segment 2 of today’s AMA session, thanks @juminoz for the great news!

Now, we turn to the last segment: Live questions

I will open chat box for several minutes, so all members here can share the questions.

Tag: What are plans in for global expansion? Are you focusing on market at this time or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

AAG: We are already in 7 countries from the guild side and we are planning to expand quickly into 9 more including Vietnam. We want to understand more markets so we can better serve our users.

Tag: Do the token holders have right to the participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

AAG: Yes, you can become part of our DAO and help shape the ecosystem. For example, you can even vote to start a non-profit initiative in your country and get the community to vote to approve it. From the platform side, you will have the power to decide what features you want to have implemented first for example. Since we have many DAOs, there will be a lot of interesting use cases to decide on.

Tag: Most of users are still not aware with Blockchain & its related projects ! So, How Your Project platform create awareness about their project with NON-CRYPTO users too?

AAG: Great question. We actually have a lot of things going on outside of the blockchain space as well. It’s both marketing and collaborations, which you will hear about in the future. We certainly want to become a household name some days in Vietnam.

Tag: Do you have AUDIT credentials or are you working to AUDIT your project, to make it more secure and reliable?

AAG: For audit, we use Hacken, but we also have other security partners review the smart contract to make sure we are secured.

Tag: Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product?

AAG: We don’t just listen, we build it into the DAOs themselves. We also don’t believe in coming up with a product and forcing everyone to fit into your model. We get our hands dirty and really learn about the problem we are trying to solve. Then we solve it with the very people we are trying to build the platform for.

Tag: Thank Mr. @juminoz for your time and the very insightful answers.

Once again, on behalf of TAG Ventures and the members, we would like to thank you for being here today!

AAG: Thanks for having me here. Hope to see you all on Dec 12th on Copperlaunch!

Tag: Wishing AAG Ventures strong development and hoping that TAG will be a reliable partner of AAG Ventures in Vietnamese market.

Thank you everyone for joining.
